Former Military Service Building, which has been inoperable for many years, has been restored by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to be used as a service building for Artvin Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism.
Restoration of the building and whole mechanical system renovations are designed based on the historical spirit of the building.
